Set small, realistic health goals!

Perhaps you would like to be the same size you were in college, or before you got babies or when you got married. That might require you to shed several kilos of your weight-maybe 10, 15 or 20. Or you want to lose a few inches around your waist-maybe 3 or 5. Don’t go there yet.

Set a more realistic goal of say loosing 2kg within a month, then allow yourself plenty of time and flexibility to attain that goal keeping in mind your target weight.

Establish new habits that will support your goal and be consistent. Get the right nutrition that you know you can sustain. Show up even when you are not feeling like it. Commit to your health goals.

Do not fall for the instant results fad that may not be sustainable for the long-term.
