I will not only develop customized meal plans for you, but I will train you on ‘WHY’ of every change that you make. This will empower you to get the right nutrition even when you are away from home. You’ll become an inspiration to your family for healthy eating.

As a certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast, I will provide you with personalized exercises to meet your fitness goals. This can be done in person where applicable or online.

I’m passionate about wellness and wholeness of an individual. If you would like someone to talk to a group of friends, church or employees,  to inspire, guide and motivate them towards a wholistic healthy lifestyle, I would be glad to share my skills and experience.
