Fitness for All
Fitness is not an age issue. It’s not a class issue. It’s not a gender issue. It’s not a body size or shape issue. It is a health, wellness issue. Everybody deserves a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
It doesn’t matter how old you are or what other stereotypes you have about fitness.
What matters is you:
1. Start
2. Show up every day
3. Don’t stop
4. If you miss a few days, repeat 1,2,3
5. Have a plan and stick to it e. g. Exercise 3 days a week – be specific morning or evening, which days of the week
If you are intimidated by the gym, workout in the house, make YouTube your friend.
If you can’t cope with the YouTube tutorials, get a skipping rope.
If you hate skipping, jog.
If you can’t jog, walk.
If you aren’t comfortable outdoor, walk up and down the stairs several times.
The most important thing is that you’re exercising. Before you know it, it has become a lifestyle. A happy, healthy lifestyle.
