If you were asked where you will be in the next 5 or 10 years, you would probably have a long list with clear goals. Maybe; to have climbed your career ladder, run your own business, have some millions in financial net worth, married and with a number of children, belong to a certain network club, and so on.

But what’s your health goal? How do you plan to enjoy what you are working so hard for? Will you have energy to spend productive life with your family? Will you be of good health to travel to your favorite destinations? Will you be in good mental state to enjoy your success around the people you love?
